What's up!?

I'm Keith Vaughan, and I made Hyperamplify.

I kept teaching the same playbook to founders at our events. Eventually I decided to write it down properly — with the real documents attached.

A little about me

• I run Cipher Projects, an Australian software company. My clients are cybersecurity companies and enterprise businesses.
• I run it solo, from Da Nang, Vietnam. No office, no employees.
• Instead of staff, I keep a bench — senior engineers and consultants I can field in 48 hours, per project, full-time or freelance as the work requires. AI does the work of a junior team underneath.
• I'm also building SumoSign, the first enterprise-grade, agent-first competitor to DocuSign.
• With my co-founder, I run events in Da Nang for founders and solo developers building with AI.
• Most mornings I'm at the beach before my first call. That's the point of the whole system.

And now, I'm tinkering with Hyperamplify.
